Be sure the shipping address matches that on your statement. As a precaution, we only ship to the billing address. The ISP of the person placing internet is recorded on invoices as well.

Express Delivery
2-day or overnight order processing are available at additional charges depending on the weight of your order. Let us know if you need your order faster and we will see what we can do for you. Expect to pay approximately 40% more for rush shipping.

Delivery Information
We ship US orders via ground, priority mail or parcel post.  Most in-stock merchandise is shipped to arrive within five to seven business days from shipment of your order. Orders containing liquids are shipped via parcel post due to new USPS, UPS and FedEx shipping regulations. Please allow an additional 10 days for parcel post delivery within the continental US.   A second charge may be applied to cover the actual cost (if any) of airmail or express mail shipping plus insurance for Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, P.O. Box's and APO/FPO's.

Overseas/International Orders
You will automatically be billed a second time for standard US shipping if you order online. This second charge will be added to cover the actual shipping charge plus insurance. We charge only the actual cost of shipping plus a small fee for insurance. Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Overseas/International orders apply to Canada as well.

Please note: Politics and economics have been affecting global mailing conditions to some countries. Please understand that delays may occur for military and overseas delivery addresses. All international packages are shipped via US Express Mail or US Air Mail. We may not be able to ship to some countries due to US Mail suspensions. You will be notified if we are unable to fulfill your order.

Return /Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept any items purchased because these items are of a personal nature and due to health reasons and state regulation, NO returns or exchanges of any kind are accepted for your protection,  including opened and unopened shipping boxes and products. If a customer does not claim the package and it is returned to us, the return is subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping and handling. Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are non-refundable. Orders can not be cancelled once your have checked out because your order will be processed automatically in real time.
