How We Ship Orders
Most orders are shipped using USPS priority mail service. Alaska and Hawaii ship via Priority Mail. Puerto Rico orders are shipped via US Airmail. Additional shipping charges will apply to heavy items shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and US Possessions (Puerto Rico, American Samoa, etc). Delivery will take approximately four to six business days from when we ship via the U.S. Postal Service.

We charge flat rate shipping and handling on all contingent US orders that weigh less than 15 lbs. If your package weighs more, we will charge only the actual amount of shipping to your order. Let us know if you need your order faster and we will see what we can do for you. 2-day and Overnight Express order processing are available at additional charges depending on the weight of your order. Expect to pay approximately 40% more for rush shipping. Bulk order items (i.e. 5# packages or heavier of salt scrubs, sea clays and 5 gallon containers or larger of liquids and muds may incur an additional shipping charge depending on the delivery area.

US Shipping & Billing Information
Be sure the shipping address matches that on your statement. As a precaution to our valued customers, we only ship to the billing address, unless you have an alternative shipping on file with your credit card company.

Canada & International/Overseas Customers: We welcome international customers and appreciate your patronage, support, and business. When you order online, you will be charged for flat rate continental US shipping automatically. Please note that ALL international orders will incur a second charge to equal the actual cost of shipping by US Express International Mail. There is no way we can track international shipments after it leaves this country, so all international orders must pre-pay the actual cost of United States Postal Service International Express Mail. International Express Mail provides full insurance on your order and more prompt delivery, usually within 2 to 3 days. The United States Postal Service provides insurance on Express International Shipments. 

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ON ALL PACKAGES. RETURN SHIPPING AND HANDLING ARE ALSO NON-REFUNDABLE. ANY PACKAGES RETURNED TO US WILL BE BILLED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT OF SHIPPING AND HANDLING, PLUS THE COST OF RETURN POSTAGE.

Express Mail generally averages 2 to 4 days for delivery, but can take much longer depending on the political climate, customs, etc. We can not be responsible for any packages that have been detained, impounded, delayed or returned to us by your country's Customs Department. International Packages cannot be declared lost until 6 weeks after shipment. This is the soonest we can file a claim. Some items cannot be shipped internationally by Air Mail such as liquids. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO FAX A COPY OF THE CREDIT CARD, ALONG WITH SIGNATURE FORMS THAT MUST BE FAXED TO US IN ORDER TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER MORE QUICKLY.

Ooh La Spa can not be responsible for any packages detained/impounded/or returned to us by the country’s respective Customs Department nor for any delays caused by customs. It is the full responsibility of the customer to ensure that these products are allowed by their Customs. Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. If an international package is returned to us, we will charge a 20% restocking fee due to extra charges required in sending back the items to the manufacturer. Also, Ooh La Spa does not refund any shipping charges on international packages. Politics and economics have been affecting global mailing conditions to some countries. Please understand that delays may occur for military and overseas delivery addresses. We may not be able to ship to some countries due to US Mail suspensions. You will be notified via telephone or email if we are unable to fulfill your order.

Only one other competitor has been around as long as we have. And their prices are still higher than ours.
